About us

We have been managing client records and office records for Engineering firms, Architects and Property Development companies for many years. We can deal directly with your people on-site if required.

We operate from a purpose built, highly secure, modern heated premises in Oranmore, Galway,  where we are ideally situated to service the city and the west of Ireland.

Our staff are carefully selected and trained and we guarantee confidentiality, reliability and security.

We are an ISO 9000:2000 Registered firm.

What we do

We collect your files from you and store them in bar-coded locations.

We provide media storage and control service, where we collect your back-up tapes or disks and store them in our fire rated vaults.

If you need a file or tape you can call us at any hour and we will retrieve it and deliver it to you.

You can specify whether you want delivery next day, same day, or immediately.

We will index, file, copy , fax or electronically transmit  your records to you on demand.
 
At the end of the retention period we can shred the records if you wish.
